Definitely not a local dealership for me as I live over 2 hours away, but it couldn't have been much easier. Nick was able to answer all my questions beforehand over the phone and sent me videos of trucks features when I asked for more details. I felt comfortable knowing what to expect when I arrived. Everything was in order, the truck looked better than I hoped. Nick had it ready for a test drive, we drove it in different traffic conditions and then he had it washed again before leaving. Brent made the paperwork process as painless as possible and was helpful in explaining all the particulars. Overall a very good experience and I would recommend them to anyone. More
