This is the 2nd time I have purchased from SA Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram since 2019. Both times, the experience was good and positive. Yesterday, Samantha Houston was my Sales Rep. She is awesome. Very Chrysler Jeep Ram since 2019. Both times, the experience was good and positive. Yesterday, Samantha Houston was my Sales Rep. She is awesome. Very friendly and outgoing and made me feel very welcome and very relaxed. It was evident that she cares about Customer service, as well as the specifics of the vehicle and the sales process. The 2 hours or so that I spent at the dealership felt more like hanging out with a friend than it did buying a car. I do mean that in a good & professional way, of course. Quick, easy and glad to have given Samantha the sale, of all the good sales folks I have been in contact with during my car search during this past week. She deserved it. More
