Not only were they extremely genuine and knowledgeable about my vehicle, they were very professional. I was complete with the whole process, and left the dealer with my new car in less than 1.5 hours. Katherine and Sam stayed past their working hours to make sure I was fully satisfied, and their approach was very relaxed with no pressure at all.
