We also worked with Spencer Parker (BMW Genius) during delivery for over an hour to learn and set up many of the features offered on the 430XI. Douglas Kamp (Business Manager) was efficient with the paperwork and assisted us with our extended warranty contract. Our experience with all of these gentlemen was professional in every respect. In summary, The Knauz BMW dealership is a "Class Act" and employs "Class Act" people. More
