As soon as we decided to look at BMW again, we looked up Sam who still remembered us. He was very responsive, honest, friendly and fair - not pushy at all. Glad we finally were able to purchase from him. I have referred a couple of friends who have also commented on Sam's friendly, helpful disposition. If you are looking for a knowledgeable salesman with a great attitude and willingness to work with you, I can't recommend Sam enough. More

Sam was even nicer in person when my wife and I got to the dealership. He is very knowledgeable and made the buying experience a pleasure. We were in and out of the dealership within 2 hours with a test drive and financing. I would also like to mention Scott Adduci (finance) who is very personable and honest (hard to find in car dealerships). Nice and easy I worked with Sam Picchietti to build an M5 from the factory and it couldn't have been easier. Sam was great to deal with. His knowledge of BMWs was simply amazing and he really went out of his way to help me throughout the process. Scott made the finance part quick and easy, and Brandon got me set up in the car to personalize everything and get me on the road. I had some concern about how I would take delivery of the car because of the circumstances with COVID-19, but Knauz had numerous safety measures in place that put my mind at ease and allowed this to be a thoroughly enjoyable yet safe experience. I went looking on the Internet and simply clicked on the car ostensibly to determine availability.. I got a call from Sam the next day, so I didn't have to chase him down. We talked just a bit and he had the car in a delivery bay for me to see within 15 minutes. No searching the lots outside for me. Then inside the showroom, what a treat for a car enthusiast. It is, like a museum of new and like new BMW's. The display space is sleek but as well like a comfortable blanket. . .I didn't know if I wanted to leave. On one side the service area was visible and it looked more like a clean desk than a repair shop. With no pressure and every accommodation I drove the car away a day later. More
