I can't express enough how positive my experience was with Knauz, and specifically my sales consultant, Spencer. I purchased an X3 on Thanksgiving Eve. From the stress-free pre-sale experience to the post-sale support, it was all top-notch. The negotiation experience was respectful and streamlined despite it being Thanksgiving Eve, with most staff already out for the holiday. More importantly, I experienced a few minor issues with the vehicle post-purchase - and Spencer provided a level of service and communication I would expect from someone still trying to earn my business. Spencer and the team ensured that each item was promptly addressed. They have a loyal customer here who will be back when I need an upgrade. I was very impressed with the welcoming, relaxed atmosphere and professionalism of everyone there, particularly my first contact person and advisor, Spencer Parker. A week later I returned for a test drive. Spencer was extremely helpful and went out of his way to assist me without being pushy, which I particularly appreciated. I was offered a fair price and I ended up purchasing the vehicle. The specialist, Lucas Wojtas, and the sales manager, Douglas Kamp, were also extremely helpful. Lucas was very patient showing me new features in my car. Doug was very efficient and I particularly appreciated not being pushed at all into buying any extras I did not want. After my experience at Knauz, and having painfully dealt with several other BMW dealerships in the past, my husband is now also going to switch to Knauz. More

Just purchased my fourth BMW and first EV from Karl Knauz BMW. I was apprehensive as this was an online purchase, at great distance so trust is paramount. As it has turned out I was worried unnecessarily a BMW. I was apprehensive as this was an online purchase, at great distance so trust is paramount. As it has turned out I was worried unnecessarily as Spencer Parker, my sales person I dealt with, was outstanding...best ever cars sales experience I've had bar none! Once Spencer and I arrived at a price, he guided and assisted me through the paperwork labyrinth effortlessly and painlessly. He even steered me to the transport company I needed to have my "new" car delivered to my residence in Virginia. I had a fantastic experience at Knauz with my lease of my 2022 X3. My salesperson - Spencer Parker - although you could tell he was busy (in a good way), never made me feel like I was rushed to make a de 2022 X3. My salesperson - Spencer Parker - although you could tell he was busy (in a good way), never made me feel like I was rushed to make a decision or that I was less-than any other client. He sat and went over the basics of the vehicle with me and never seemed pushy about making the sale or try and upsell me on anything I didn't need. You could tell he is very passionate about the BMW brand and it showed in his overall demeanor. Very calm and very professional. Alex Tellez, the product specialist, also took extra time to really go over every inch of the vehicle. Although I pretty much knew what I wanted and watched dozens of YouTube videos about the X3 and the iDrive, he was able to set up the vehicle for me, with all my settings, so I didn't have to. Which was very much appreciated and made driving home and just enjoying my drive that much better. And Scott Adduci, in the finance department, you could tell he loves what he does. Very pleasant overall experience, even when you're handing over thousands of dollars. He made sure I understood everything, and I felt very comfortable with the overall process. No rushing and no stress. Everything was great from the moment I stepped in to the showroom. Very happy and will definitely be returning for my next vehicle. More
