Very easy. No pressure. Helpful. This dealership is one of the best i have ever been to. Matter of fact, i just purchased my third from them. One big reason to come here is because they find cars that fit what you need. You will never find a sales person show you a vehicle 10 thousand dollars more expensive that what you are looking for. This is something i have experienced multiple times at other dealerships. Sam was very helpful, and only showed us vehicles that fit our requirements and our budget. Easily the best car salesman i have every met. I guarantee you, he's a great guy and works hard to get you the car you want for the price you want. More

Received an excellent deal from Sam and Mustafa Oweida and great service on accessory installations. Truck was delivered to my residence detailed and full of gas by promised delivery time.. Good Start, Poor Finish My wife and I were in the market for a used or new 2015 Cadillac SRX. We went to Capital GMC Buick on a Thursday as we had seen a couple of used 2015 My wife and I were in the market for a used or new 2015 Cadillac SRX. We went to Capital GMC Buick on a Thursday as we had seen a couple of used 2015 Cadillac's were available for sale. We had not attended any other dealerships at this point. When we went in Sam (Salesperson) and Mustafa (Sales Manager) were extremely pleasant, informative and passionate about the Cadillac product, at which point my wife was extremely positive about the process and I was as well. We took the vehicle out for a drive and the unit was satisfactory. I advised both Sam and Mustafa that I would bring our trade in the following day to have it appraised and we could talk numbers on the used Cadillac. I returned with our 2013 Volkswagen Jetta TDI Highline the following day to have the vehicle appraised. They went through the vehicle and offered me $12,000 for the vehicle and offered to sell me the 2015 Cadillac SRX for $42,300 as they had $1,800 profit margin in the vehicle and could not discount it further. I took their numbers home to consider. That night my wife took to the internet to see if there were any other viable options for her new vehicle. She found in Calgary at CMP Auto a brand new 2015 Cadillac SRX with a list price of $43,000 - same vehicle, same equipment, different colour. The numbers did not compute for me. So I called my trusty salesmen at Capital (Sam & Mustafa) and asked them if they were able to get that vehicle in, or do some work on the pricing of their vehicle. They got back to me and advised they would have to bring the CMP vehicle in at list price, and charge me list price and they would get back to me on the used SRX to see if they could do better on their unit. Meanwhile, I put a call in to CMP in Calgary to start dealing on that vehicle. They appraised our car over the phone and gave us $13,000 and $41,000 all in for the brand new SRX. I communicated with Sam through text message for most of the process, I texted him numerous times and I was always asked - "what did Calgary say". It was fairly evident to me at that point they were not working on anything and had given up on the deal. On Friday I jumped in our car and headed down to Calgary to pick up our brand new 2015 Cadillac SRX for $41,000 all in and drive it back to Edmonton. I can say we are thrilled with CMP and extremely disappointed with how the deal and treatment derailed at Capital GMC Buick. When I returned from Calgary I sent a final text message to my salesman, Sam. And it read: "I haven't heard from you guys, was the deal abandoned? I thought you were working on a good price on that used unit... We purchased the Calgary unit for $41,000 and had it brought in today. I'm disappointed that nobody got back to me with another favourable offer." I have not head from Sam, and do not wish to. My wife and I are young, we both have great careers and are GM loyal. We have a lot of vehicles left to purchase, and soon I will need a new Duramax. I will not be purchasing this from Capital. If I could offer one piece of advice to the also young management team at Capital - you may be able to sell someone one vehicle, but what will set you apart is your ability to sell them multiple. When you are not able to be the dealer or salesperson of choice, a touch of humility, thanking the customer for considering you anyways and asking them to consider you next time would go a long way. Ignoring a problem will create one and that is never good for business. All the best, Capital. More

Incredible professionalism -Converted from ford now I have purchased about 14 new trucks in the last 19 years, for my businesses, wife and myself, never have i been treated so well. I inquired on a Sunday, Brittany Witbeck immediately sent me info on 2 units to suit my requests with prices and discounts all in. The first thing i want to mention was there was no going back and forth looking, negotiating and arguing prices, they beat my local dealer by $5000 on first try, without a big ordeal. She then was off for the weekend when i planned on picking up the truck, and handed me off to Brett, Sam And Sydney. These people treated me like a king before and most importantly, after the sale. I arrived after a 3 hour drive and they started with introductions, they gave me tour of the facility, and show room. They then gave me a complete 360* information session on every feature of my vehicle, including safety and convenience features. We had a minor misunderstanding on optional equipment i wanted installed prior to me getting there but it was because i didn't get back to them with a commitment ahead of time. Either way, they then pulled strings and worked out away to get it all done and shipped out to me with installs where required. Unbelievable experience. finally I felt respected as the buyer and that buying another vehicle and getting right for me was the priority, i often feel that dealers are so used to pumping out vehicles and that it is no big deal to them. However, it is a huge deal to me, and i cant wait to do it again. The Parts guys kept in good contact with the entire time. They were disappointed they were out of stock on my couple preferences, but assured me they had a huge run on new sales and it depleted there stock.
