Awesome customer service from everyone you deal with I had my car in for it's regular maintenance service. Of course, since it's a Lexus, I never have any problems with it. I just want to be sure every I had my car in for it's regular maintenance service. Of course, since it's a Lexus, I never have any problems with it. I just want to be sure everything continues to run smoothly. Everyone you speak or deal with is extremely friendly and helpful, including the person who makes your appointment and the person that brings your car to the service technician. I use the "valet" service where they come and bring me a loaner and pick up my car which is unbelievably convenient. They update me with text messages or emails and let me know what's going on. I would give them more that 5 stars if I could! More

Great service! Took my Lexus to the dealership with two problems. They diagnosed problem one quickly from the technical service bulletin that had been issued byLexus Took my Lexus to the dealership with two problems. They diagnosed problem one quickly from the technical service bulletin that had been issued byLexus and fixed the problem. Problem two was more complicated. The service manager called in a regional specialist who was able to pinpoint the problem, order the part, and fix the car. What great service to have a specialist come in and solve a complicated problem! Couldn’t ask for more! More
