Sofia knows the product. She is a person that solves problems always with a smile. Definitely she has to deal with upper management that sometimes do not handle customers i She is a person that solves problems always with a smile. Definitely she has to deal with upper management that sometimes do not handle customers in the right way specially when the concern is additional costs over MSRP without any justification specially when it was verbaly agreed to"NO EXTRA ADDITIONS TO THE MSRP". Anyway the final result is what counts and the final result was successful thank you to the extra cooperation from Hotniel Crespo when the deal almost went dead. He sweetened the deal with Simonizing. The final result was successful for me and for Lexus of Pembroke Pines. More

Disappointed with this dealership in general. I overpaid for my lease by 10k. And they acted like they were doing me a favor by making some sort of deal. Also, the communication around the terms I overpaid for my lease by 10k. And they acted like they were doing me a favor by making some sort of deal. Also, the communication around the terms was not ironed out before they brought me to finance. The whole situation felt uncomfortable and pressuring. Communication was poor and the Sales manager was rude and disrespectful. At a certain point, I was so frustrated and disappointed with the situation that I just didn’t care anymore and just wanted to leave. Once this lease ends I will not be a returning customer of this dealership. More
