Both Sal and Amy were so accommodating and made us feel comfortable making this purchase while staying safe with COVID-19 restrictions. Amy was quick to answer all of my husbands questions via email and was very clear with pricing. Sal went above and beyond to make sure the CR-V had all the features we were looking for. He made us feel so comfortable making this purchase and was never pushy or impatient. When it came to picking up our new CR-V, Sal took the time to make sure we understood all of the exciting new features and even gave us a follow up call to check in a few days later. We will definitely be back to work with this great team in the future! More

"We don't negotiate" Went in and took a look at a car. Liked what we saw. Started negotiating and was met with the priceless quote "we don't negotiate our prices." For a 3 year old used car, they were asking 3K less than a new car from this year would be sold for. They kept saying "You've done your research, right?" To which we said, yes - that's why we know this price is silly, but we can find a middle ground where we both can be happy. After half an hour, they came down 1K - but they were being pretty difficult and it was a bad experience overall. We ended up going elsewhere and getting the same car for the price we wanted and that experience was smooth and clear. More
