I recently came to Kelly Honda to purchase a Honda CRV. I was referred directly to Dan. I called him to set up an appointment to come view his specific car and his inventory He was very helpful and infor I was referred directly to Dan. I called him to set up an appointment to come view his specific car and his inventory He was very helpful and informative, and told me everyone that was on my lot as well as all the ones that were in transit to arrive at the dealership to give me the most options to choose from. I ended up buying one on the lot. I am a New Hampshire resident and set up an appointment to come view the car. The process from start to finish could not of been any easier I arrived. The car was ready for me to drive after a short test drive, we were able to make a deal. Because I am an out-of-state resident, the vehicle had to be delivered to my home much to my surprise it it was detailed, perfectly and full of gas. Dan even told me that when he got off the highway, he topped it off to fill it from what he had used on the trip to my home. This showed me Dan was looking to keep my experience excellent from start to finish. Since purchase, Dan has followed up with me and even scheduled my first complementary oil change Dan as a true asset to Kelly Honda, as well as the Honda Brand, as he is very knowledgeable on all products, and online I have since referred a neighbor to him that had the same experience as me !
