Not sure the diagnosis was correct. Was told the noise was normal. Was told it was air escaping from the turbo during initial start up in the morning. All the information I have read and been told was an issue with the Cam Phasers at one time and there was a service bulletin that came out on the 2021 lincoln navigator. I questioned that and was informed that it was the turbo and he was 100 % sure. I find it hard to believe that a 90,000.00 dollar vehicle would have a problem with air escaping the turbo. But I found out ford had used cam phasers that were no good. And had a recall to fix the problem. I still have no idea if this was performed on my vehicle. As I just purchased it. So I was thinking that I need to get a second opinion from another ford service department. I have only bought ford products and am a very happy customer.
