My name is Ryan Sawchuk and I have been in the automotive sales industry for 13 + years now and before coming here was a heavy duty mechanic. I grew up just a short way away in Fairview, AB. I strive to provide my clients with a positive experience through great customer service and down to earth, no nonsense, best deal every time attitude. When I am not working I tend to spend most of my time with my wife and family. I definitely the outdoors and many hobbies. During my downtime, I enjoy playing hockey and slow pitch, love camping, fishing in all forms and have recently found a love for travel. When I called to book my appointment for a recall Jeanie made the process easy friendly and quick she asked if I had any questions and if I would be needing a shuttle to take me home. Dropped my vehicle off at 815 am called dealership at 130 pm to ask for update, service guy was rude couldn’t tell me anything was wrong, informed them I was coming to get my vehicle. They deleted the codes pm to ask for update, service guy was rude couldn’t tell me anything was wrong, informed them I was coming to get my vehicle. They deleted the codes so other dealership couldn’t figure out was wrong with it, left a message to manager to tell him what’s wrong, did not even get a response. Very poor customer service. More
