Emergency tire replacement Traveling to Waterloo on business, I felt a “wobble” in the rear end at 100km+. upon parking the vehicle, I noticed a bulge in my tire with some expos Traveling to Waterloo on business, I felt a “wobble” in the rear end at 100km+. upon parking the vehicle, I noticed a bulge in my tire with some exposed steel wiring from inside the tread. I pulled Into the dealership and Ryan Kelly was quick to respond and offer assistance. They had me set up with 2 new tires and my car on the hoist in 20 minutes. Considering I have never been here as I am in the city on business, his prompt response to my dillemma and offering a quick solution will keep me on track for my business calls today, and most of all, keep me safe. Unpleasant front end Had our vehicle in for servicing last week with an unpleasant sound coming from the front end, was explained by Ryan that it could be coming from the Had our vehicle in for servicing last week with an unpleasant sound coming from the front end, was explained by Ryan that it could be coming from the brakes or wheel bearing. With understanding was explained how it would be best to start with the brakes as they needed to be replaced either way and after the fact could still need to do a wheel bearing. There still was a bit of noise after the brakes so we called back right away. Ryan was able to get our vehicle in first thing the next week and after the bearing was replaced sounds as good as new! Ryan Kelly is always a great help and offers amazing customer service. I can always trust his advice for my Dodge Grand Caravan. The appointments are fairly flexible as well. I appreciate how I receive texts for reminders about appointments and to let me know if my car is ready to go. They also have free wifi, apples, water, and coffee so the time can pass by fast you’re in their waiting room! Every experience I’ve had here has been a good one, whether it was for oil changes, maintenance, or winter tire changes. I will continue coming back in the future. More
