I have dealt with numerous car dealerships over the past few years, and I have to say that my recent car purchasing experience with TAB has by far sur I have dealt with numerous car dealerships over the past few years, and I have to say that my recent car purchasing experience with TAB has by far surpassed my expectations in every way. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted and welcomed in a very friendly and courteous manner. I was very impressed with their vast knowledge and ability to answer all my questions. They took the time to present their large inventory of exceptional cars from which I felt no undue pressure to buy. After perusing through many cars, Rudik Nudel helped me narrow my selection down to the perfect car that suited my needs. The purchasing transaction was effortless and handled in a very professional manner; at all times I definitely felt that my best interest (in all regards) was put first. I was so happy with my experience, with their selection of cars, and their competitive prices, I quickly referred TAB to my mother who also ended up purchasing a convertible from them later that week. What i really liked about the dealership is that no one is pressuring you to buy anything and no one is following you around. When we decided to purchase a vehicle, Rudik was the one to take care of the transaction. Rudik made this whole thing so easy. He took care of pretty much everything and all we had to do is come back in few days and pick up our Audi. Also i was very impressed how fast everything was done and that we were able to pick up our vehicle within few days. Rudik has very good knowledge and explained everything to us in a very professional and friendly manner. We had minor issue with the vehicle after we purchased it. I called Rudik and asked for advise. Rudik not only told us what needs to be done but actually took care of the issue :). No other dealership will ever take care of any issue after vehicle was sold. Absolutly amazing service! Rudik was very helpful and took good care of our needs. Honest, competitive, patient, and no pressure! Went for coffee straight out of bed on a Sunday afternoon. En route, decided to check out a vehicle at T.A.B. – thinking they wouldn’t possibly take m Went for coffee straight out of bed on a Sunday afternoon. En route, decided to check out a vehicle at T.A.B. – thinking they wouldn’t possibly take me seriously in my shorts and lazy attire. Not only were we greeted respectfully by Rudik – but told the car’s history from the onset, without us even asking! Took the car for a test drive and loved it. I told Rudik I wanted to see another vehicle before making a decision, and not once did he try to pressure the sale. The car was impeccable, I knew its history, and it was priced below similar vehicles – so I decided the pull the trigger on my drive back home. “Cold feet” ensued on the next day, and Rudik was patient while I put the vehicle through pre-purchase inspection. The vehicle cleared the inspection with flying colours. On the day of the pickup, I was planning to go a few hours early to register the vehicle at DMV and pick up the plates. Instead, Rudik sent someone from his team that took care of everything; saving me 2+ hours that I would have otherwise spent waiting in line! It’s been nearly 2 weeks since my purchase, and I delayed my review thinking everything was “too good to be true” – but the car continues running flawlessly, and I can’t be any happier with my purchase! Thank you Rudik for being so patient with a paranoid customer, and if you’re looking for a car – you really can’t go wrong with this company! More

The sales rep I dealt with was the same I had previously dealt with on the first car. he immediately recognized me, including the car I bought, model, price and even the Kms. I felt very much at home. I was given an honest assessment of the car and found it to be very consistent with the actual vehicle. No surprises. Once the price was agreed to, the car was made ready a day earlier than promised. After I picked up the car there was a minor issue that was addressed within a few hours. Overall a very well run business where the Customer is at the centre of the attention. More

Bought my first bike at TAB - best quality of work. I was looking for a bike for pretty long time. So after long search i finally came across TAB. I called them 10 minutes before the closing hours and Rudik Nudel answered the call. I was coming from next city and i asked him if he can wait for me? He was so nice about it, he waited extra 30 minutes for me, then another 30 min i spent looking at the bike. I'm pretty sure most other places would tell me; Hey just come back tomorrow, we are closing. So the hole point is, Bike was mint, Price was lowest out of all dealerships i went to and the customer service was just amazing. Not only i got a new bike but i got new friends as well.
