Amazing experience dealing with them I was searching for Lexis LS460L and a friend of mine (expert in cars) he was convincing me to go to ONLY Lexus dealership since Used car dealerships I was searching for Lexis LS460L and a friend of mine (expert in cars) he was convincing me to go to ONLY Lexus dealership since Used car dealerships are very bad at the their customer service and they Lie a lot. But even then I went to few used car dealership and Lexus Dealership and finally went to Toronto Auto Brokers and I really liked their inventory, selection of cars and most important their customer service. I bought Lexus LS460L in August 19, 2015 (Wed). I dealt with Rudik Nudel (sales manager) and he is the most helpful person in car dealership industry and his Customer service was amazing. They offered us coffee and cookies. I picked the car on August 21, 2015 (Fri) and after a week I realized that front sensors and radar cruise sensors were not working and I called Rudik and he said NO Problem, come by anytime. We went there after two weeks and they made arrangements to drop us off at Vaughan mills by the time they fixed the car and they picked us back to their dealership when they fixed the problem. Its very important that someone gives you such a customer service even after the sale and with no warranty. I remember I purchased BMW X5 in 2009 from a different dealership in Woodbridge and just before leaving their dealership and I found out that the driver side mirror was very loose and I told the salesperson and he said they cant do anything because car is sold. and look at the difference between Toronto Auto Brokers and the other dealership. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend TORONTO AUTO BROKERS to anyone out there who are looking for cars MUST contact Toronto Auto brokers (specially Rudik Nudel) and see the difference. More

I searched the surrounding area for other 2013 Q7's and Toronto Auto Brokers hit my radar. I immediately visited the dealership and met Rudik. In less than a 10 minute discussion he made me an excellent offer: The offer included the following 1. Evaluating my Audi A6 that I drove in for the trade in. 2. Evaluate another car I did not drive in (Audi TT) just based on good faith and my word 3. Provide me a walk away price that was over $350 cheaper than what the dealer offered me. and to top it off, the vehicle itself had way more options than any of the other vehicles I'd seen including those at the dealer. This dealership is a sound and solid. I'd definitely consider them and recommend them to my friends and family. More
