There were two reasons I returned to purchase a vehicle. Ross is a sales man who is easy to visit with. I appreciate the owner visiting with me. The other reasons are Jamie and Brian who do an excellent job of getting my vehicles fixed to include my Ford. They communicate well and advised me of the needed repairs and what the cost was going to be. They also completed all repairs in a very timely matter. I had arranged financing before coming to the dealer. However, Pat beat that rate and was able to handle the compete deal in house. Thanks for the great service. Ross Taplin listened to what I wanted in a vehicle and knew the inventory at the dealership very well. He was able to locate a new vehicle that was what I wanted, for the price I needed, very quickly. The amount of time between me walking in the dealership to finalizing the purchase was extremly fast without me feeling rushed. The entire team at Holm Automotive works together very effeciently to simutaneously expidite the sales process and make the customer feel like the most important customer of the day. Holm Automotive will definately remain my first choice for future vehicle purchases. More

I had a vehicle that I had purchased from another dealer 18 months prior and was very disatisfied with it. I got my cousin Dar's number from his mom and gave him a call to see if they still had any of the v 18 months prior and was very disatisfied with it. I got my cousin Dar's number from his mom and gave him a call to see if they still had any of the vehicles still on the lot that I had seen on line and he said that they did and if I wanted to come down and have a look that he could set me up with one of the sales people. I went down the next day and was introduced to Ross Taplin. Ross knew which vehicles that I was interested in and was ready to go when I got there. There was no pressure put on me to buy even during the test drive(I can't stand that) but I had already made up my mind to buy the black F-150 that I test drove. I will defintitely be back when I'm ready to purchase another vehicle. Ross hope you move up in the company but I'm dragging you back down to the sales floor when I'm ready for another vehicle. Holm Automotive is the true description of a hometown dealership, from the way you're greeted at the door, to every detail involved when purchasing a car. I have purchased 4 new vehicles from Holm Automotive in the past 21 years, and have always been treated fairly on my trade-ins, and through every step of the buying process. They have also twice now, gone and found the exact-color vehicle I wanted, even when it was not originally on their lot.
