Went to Test drive a 2010 Chevy Traverse that I seen online. Jeremy was very helpful from the start. Everything went smoothly with the paperwork. It was time to look for another vehicle. We went to Holm Auto and talked to Pat as we had "Special Financing Concerns". Pat went out of his way to get us just what we needed to fit our budget. He had to be on "Overtime"! I had visited with David before and new him to be a hard worker and he was. He quickly took the finance details and found several options in vehicle to fit the financing. He helped us through the entire Sales Process and was very easy to talk to and I was able to understand exactly what the answers were to my questions. David is great! Ross took us through the final closing process as Pat was out of town. Ross picked up right where Pat left off. No hitches, no changes, no surprises except for how efficient Ross was. The Holm Auto team is exactly what one would expect in a fine city like Abilene. We are truely blessed to have this quality of "Friends" available to us. More
