This is my 4th lease agreement. And by far my WORST experience. The guy Ronald was not pleasant, and had an hater untone to him. I was about to leave and take my business else where, but then another guy came in with a more pleasant attitude and saved the day. When this least is up, I'll be leave Lexus of Pembroke Pines if They assign him to me again. More

I am a repeat customer and every time has been a good experience. We only had one incident at the negotiation portion and when working with Mr Zee Hanif.
