I’d like to rate Greentree Toyota collision center at 4. 5 stars. Indeed, it took longer than usual time due to a long line and lack of parts. But my car (Lexus RX350) was fixed much better than I expected a 5 stars. Indeed, it took longer than usual time due to a long line and lack of parts. every time I go to this dealer ship I am met with some of nicest people I have met at a dealership and as dealerships are always clean some don't present well when you walk through the door but it is well ke nicest people I have met at a dealership and as dealerships are always clean some don't present well when you walk through the door but it is well kept and organized all the time I will have now purchased my 5 vehicle from here hopefully by the end of this month and they have seen my face many many times not knowing exactly what I could afford or would want. I have never been treated as anything other then welcomed here with multiple people checking in on me to make sure all my questions are answered I visited other dealerships in many areas and by far the service is alway top knotch at Greentree Toyota In my town I would put them up against you pricest brand dealer will full confidence the service is better from greentree thank you so much all the time More

Car trade in exchange because 5 months unable to fix For 5 months, I have had a problem with my Rav, stalling out on me and unable to drive. Two times, I had to be towed back for service. Throughout the For 5 months, I have had a problem with my Rav, stalling out on me and unable to drive. Two times, I had to be towed back for service. Throughout the 5 months, i was given loaner cars as they tried to service my car. The last time it had to be towed , I know longer had any confidence in getting back the my car and be totally safe driving it. Thats when I met with Michael Devine, Exchange Manager and we able to make a deal.Throughout the 5 months I was in contact with Reed Chatting at least twice a week. Great guy to work with. And working with Michael was also a pleasure. Both listened to my concerns and requests. Jose Cordero was most accomodating in doing all paper work and requests.Roland Allard met with me the last time I had to be towed to service, and listened to my frustration, and made arrangements for me to meet with Michael. More

He is often visible, and seems very proactive -- a good sign that he is on Your new Service Manager Mr. Mark Tigner appears to be doing great things. Service turn around seems much quicker than before and staff seems to be even more efficient than they already were. The lounge area for customers, however, is in need, and long overdue for a facelift, some new bright paint and clean chairs would go a long way to improving its appearance. More
