A problem they created was not solved until after customer was raked over the coals. The customer was accused of causing an issue clearly caused when the car was in the shop. A lengthy verbal back and forth ensued between manager and customer. Customers appreciate problem solvers. I was put on the defensive defending myself against ridiculous accusations. “Working together” should follow through from start to finish. In addition, customer is always asked to spend more $ on top of a simple appt. Such as an oil change. This is never forced however. More
