Best Service Experience before and after the sale I visited this dealership and was amazed on the customer service that I did not have to look and further for my New F250. Robert and Jim helped me al I visited this dealership and was amazed on the customer service that I did not have to look and further for my New F250. Robert and Jim helped me along the way and even today when I go back and do scheduled maintenance....they are always very helpful and a pleasure to work with. If you decide you want a new Ford, I would 100% recommend you stop in and talk to Robert (Bob). He is the best in the business. More

Got to say I was very please with the whole service I have received so far. I wasn't exactly sure if I wanted to buy or lease a Escape. I did know it needed to have a moon roof and not be red. Pam Hammersmith knew all the right questions to ask on the things I was looking for. She then gave me several options to look at. This truly helped me decide what was the best route for me to go. I ended up with a lease of a Escape titanium. Got to say I love the moon roof and the whole car experience. The my sync services are pretty easy to get use to. Pam went over all the details of the car before I left the dealership. She even sync my phone to get me started. I also found Robert Wojtan to be very helpful as well. What I like mostly was the down to earth approach of taking the time to explain the extra care package that would help maintain that showman finish paint exterior and the interior care of the car throughout my lease. I would totally recommend this dealership and their professional staff. More

We had a great experience purchasing our new Escape at Fair Oaks. The process was very easy starting with an internet and email exchange with Craig. He got us the car we wanted at the right price. I have been buying Fords at this dealership for 10 years now. Besides liking the Ford products, i have not wanted to considering changing from any other vehicle due to the the people at Fair Oaks. I would be hard pressed to find a better dealership to deal with, not only when purchasing a new vehicle, but also for service. I have given up ever using a non-dealership provider for service unless absolutely necessary. These people are the best! More
