She also helped expedite getting our car so we could maximize discounts before the end of the month. Two days later we took possession & Jeremy delivered & explained all its features. Fair Oaks Ford is receiving a five star rating from us as it is the dealership to go to when you are buying a car. This is our second car we have purchased from Jeremy and when it is time to buy another one it is the dealership to go to when you are buying a car. We were introduced to Jeremy Bloom who was extremely knowledgeable about the Ford & Lincoln Vehicles and different finance programs that were available to us. We decided to lease a new Ford Explorer and Jeremy did a great job of keeping things moving along throughout the process and being very conscious of our time. I am in my mid 40's and have purchased Ford cars my entire life. My Father worked at Ford Motor Company for 50 years in Livonia Michigan. They work to get you the best price with none of the silly back and forth that others do. They are both super and the consummate professionals. Additionally, in my opinion, one of their strong suits is you can trust them - they are old fashion "our word is our bond" guys - how cool is that today? I will continue to buy from Fair Oaks and have already bought six vehicles from them. Next is Bob, he is top flight and works with you to get the vehicle to you in pristine condition. If there is an issue he handles it. I had a remote start issue that no one could fix and in typical Bob fashion he said, "I got a guy." He did and took care of it. I enjoy dealing with him and trust him, not to mention some great vacation tips from him too. The service department is the best. The bottom line is, buy a Ford or Lincoln, and buy from Fair Oaks and you will never go anywhere else again. I certainly won't. Kim W More

Jeremy Bloom was fabulous from start to finish. The process was so easy. I purchased my first Ford vehicle in Schaumburg, but have always used the Fair Oaks dealership because their staff in Service i process was so easy. When my husband and I wanted to turn in our lease, we knew that Fair Oaks would suit us better than the original dealership. All of the sales people were very polite to both myself and my two sons who came with me. Jeremy was excellent at communicating with both my husband and myself during the entire process. He is someone that you need to keep! He is so enthusiastic about his job, serving us and about Ford. Love the guy (I think it is Robert Wojtan) who sells the protection products. He was great with my teenagers who were with me to sign all of the paperwork. He has good jokes. Lol. We plan on keeping our Ford for a long time and are thankful that we are in good hands at Fair Oaks Ford. More
