I had researched the type of car I wanted and new exactly what I was looking for when I went in. Pam Hammersmith went out of her way to make sure she found exactly what I wanted as quickly as possible. I purchase my cars on the A plan but this was the first year since my husband died that I used the plan and everyone went over and above to help me connect to the correct site to obtain my pin number. When I picked up my new car Pam spent time with me to make sure I understood completely how to operate all the new functions and that I had all appliances connected. John Krajnovich the General Manager was great he explained everything to me related to financing to make sure I understood everything. Robert Wojtan explained all service options to me and made sure I knew when to return for appointments. I would recommend Fair Oaks for all you automotive needs. More

It was a used car, nice looking, low mileage, and within our budget. We called Fair Oaks and spoke with Mr Santoro to inquire about it. He had called us several times with information we requested. After all of our questions were answered and everything sounded good. We told him we are on our way. Mr. Santoro was very friendly when he greeted us. He offered us refreshments and he told us the car was waiting just outside the doors to go for a test drive. All in all it was a very pleasant experience. That will be our car dealership in the future. We will recommend Fair Oaks to our friends and family. More

They provided for me a very fair trade-in price (much more than I expected) and gave me a great deal on my purchase of a new 2014 Fusion. They also threw in a bunch of extras and cut me a break on extended warranties and protection. They worked with me very closely on finding the right price to fit my budget. I did not have to haggle with prices. They also took the time to carefully show me how the new computer system works inside the vehicle, as well as all the new features. And I was in and out of the dealership with a new purchase very quickly - this was not a whole day process. I am very much satisfied with the entire experience and I recommend this dealership with the highest regards! More

I contacted Craig Holsman over the internet and after a couple informative e-mails and some bad experiences at other dealerships I decided to visit Craig at Fair Oaks Ford. I am sure glad I did. I got a great price for my new Explorer and a decent price on my trade-in. There were none of the usual high pressure sales tactics that other dealerships use. I wanted to buy close to home but I am glad I made the drive to Naperville. The entire staff was incredible and great to work with. Thank you Fair Oaks Ford! More

There was sufficient inventory of new vehicles (Ford Escapes) available on site to choose from that matched my needs questions, without being pushy.
