I had actually found another dealer that did as well and had an F150 spec'd the way I wanted. Craig Holsman from Fair Oaks called and my initial response was that I felt that, "I could do better" working with a dealer who had the vehicle that I wanted sitting on their lot as opposed to Fair Oaks who did not. Craig said that was not necessarily the case and asked to give him shot. Long-story short, I am very happy that I did! In the end, I ended up with a Truck perfectly spec'd and at a better net price than the other dealer! Gio Pino assisted with closing and delivery and did an excellent job explaining all of the features. I'd give them 5-Stars; however, when reviewing my closing paperwork the numbers were off; am due about $15. This said, I am confident that the error will be rectified and would still recommend the dealership to friends and family. More

We greeted a salesman with whom we had prior experience, and the first salesman graciously turned us over to the salesman with whom we were familiar. Jose let us test drive both cars; we selected the 2017 Escape. The general manager sweetened the deal and the finance guy was very helpful. We have purchased at least five cars from Fair Oaks Ford and always received excellent deals and service. More

Truth be told, initially I just wandered in. I've visited other dealerships over the past few months where I was ignored, subjected to irritating high pressure sales tactics, etc. Fair Oaks was a different experience. No matter where we look, we always go back to Fair Oaks Ford because they have always treated us so well. We have purchased our past several vehicles from Clint Schreiber and will continue to do so in the future. Clint is never pushy and always goes above and beyond to find us exactly what we want. He is patient even when we are "high maintenance." This time around we also had the pleasure of dealing with Bob Wojtan. Bob took the time to explain all our options to us but was still respectful of our time. I would highly recommend this dealership as well as Clint Schreiber and Bob Wojtan to anyone on the market for a new Ford or Lincoln. More
