Brandon and the rest of the Fair Oaks Team are responsive and extremely knowledgeable of the product line and answered all my technical questions and demonstrated the full line of features on my Turbo 2017 MKX. Their pricing was extremely fair and the process was detailed and smooth. Brought my car back for aftermarket rustproofing and their Service Dept was friendly and professional and kept me abreast on the timing of the work being done. All I can say is that if my recent experience with Fair Oaks is an indication of the future I will be an extremely happy customer who would gladly recommend them and Lincoln Motor Car! More

A Great Team Effort We saw online a Ford Explorer that was equipped how we wanted and a dollar amount in our price range. He found some options for us and worked with us on getting a vehicle in our price range. We also got a fair price on our trade ins. We dealt with Jose who finished the paperwork and also kept us update on the delivery of our new Explorer. He also took us around the dealership to show us where everything is located. Bob was friendly and very informative on options and services. Steve a sales manager also worked with us when Clint was not available. In all it was a great team effort to make our experience a great one and we left with the Explorer we wanted and with a great price. We found all the employees very nice and helpful.
