We spent most of our time with Craig Holsman and thought he was coming home with me by the time we got done! Truthfully, they get right down to business and gave a very fair price as I did my homework on our new F-150! Craig closed the deal, then sent us to Pam ( A GREAT lady) to close out our old car, gave her the keys etc and get the introduction to our new F-150. We went to see Bob about getting a liner put in and found that to be a fair price as well (could always be cheaper though!) then went to see Steve in Finance who got us in and out in a matter of minutes.
