Used GTI purchase from out of province made simple by Dalmar I have just returned home with a 2015 GTI purchased from Dalmar Motors in London. Having found the car I wanted on VW Canada's CPO page, I contacted D I have just returned home with a 2015 GTI purchased from Dalmar Motors in London. Having found the car I wanted on VW Canada's CPO page, I contacted Dalmar by phone. Conor Sullivan patiently and enthusiastically helped me through the process by phone, even capturing and sending additional photos of particular parts of the car so I could review before coming from NS to ON to view the car. After making deposit on the car I drove my TDI trade-in from Halifax to London (1997km), test drove the GTI and closed the deal. A month later I returned to Dalmar to pick up the GTI for delivery to NS. Every Dalmar team member I met during my two visits was welcoming, helpful, cheerful and enthusiast about being at work. Willie Mates was immediately welcoming, Robert Rose made transactions straightforward and thoroughly and knowledgeably discussed all facets of the warranty, and Conor Sullivan not only put up with my multiple emails and calls, but picked me up at the airport when I returned for the car. Service techs and Conor were even willing to have the car up on a hoist for inspection during my visit. Conor is a car enthusiast and a GTI owner (and may well have been as amped about my purchase as I am). Genuine, helpful, friendly, no fuss. During both my visits I mentioned to management that the Dalmar team could give seminars regarding customer service for other dealerships. I've purchased a number of VWs from VW dealers and with the exception of Valley VW (Coldbrook), I have never had as positive an experience as at Dalmar (this is also the first time I didn't feel inclined to haggle tooth and nail). I attribute the experience to Independent ownership and team building at Dalmar. Thanks for making the ~4000km round-trip worth it! Now to enjoy the GTI on winding coastal NS roads! More

I'm a complete novice when it comes to cars, so Mike did a great job explaining the car features and lease details on a level I could understand. I never felt pressured to lease with Dalmar at any point while in the store and Mike was truly receptive to my needs and wants. In retrospect, I am very glad I chose to lease from Dalmar - the experience has been hassle-free and I love my bug! More
