He emailed me immediately confirming the appointment. When I showed up at the dealership he greeted me by name outside and got me in the vehicle for a drive in 10 minutes. The dealership worked with me to get me out of a car I had just purchased 4 months earlier. I never felt pressured or pushed into the deal. Robert and Gil Amir (finance) treated me like the educated adult that I am and we talked over several options for financing and I picked the one that worked for my budget and brought home a beautiful blue Subaru WRX STI manual. They had the entire deal done in three hours start to finish. More

The finance process was a little confusing - I was glad that I had crunched my own numbers before coming in because I would have been bummed if I found out I couldn't actually afford the monthly payments. Also, be sure to leave wiggle room if you think you might want to get a warranty - and this dealership does offer warranties for used cars. I had to increase the duration of my loan to afford the warranty. Overall, though, I didn't feel any pressure and it was a comfortable experience. Robert was very forthcoming about some of the used models he would not recommend and the test drive was SO easy! It felt like we had a trust with each other that was very nice. I didn't do a great job negotiating (aka I didn't really negotiate), so I don't have any feedback on that. But the car is awesome! Thanks, Robert, for helping me get a new, safe ride! Gil was also great to work with in finance. The jury is still out for me on whether the warranties I purchased will be worth it, but he helped me to understand the paperwork and even though it was nearing closing time, there was no sense of rushed urgency or frustration with my lack of knowledge about the process. Also, Don Mealey Sport Subaru sponsors the traffic on NPR and that was how I knew about them! Keep supporting local community stations! :) More

Robert Duran was extremely helpful throughout the process of trading in my old car and buying my new one, giving me good insight into everything I needed to know, and made sure I was taken care of. Tim was great in laying out all the options I had for extended warranties and made the buying process quick and efficient. Overall I had a great experience at this dealership and highly recommend it. Here, the staff was friendly. We were shown an Ascent that fitted our needs, took it on an extensive test drive, and were shown the sheet showing the dealers cost and the $270 that was added to that. There was no dealer fee but $902 in options added by the dealership. My wife and I enjoyed not having to haggle over price. Robert Duran, our salesperson, was knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful throughout the process. Even though we were not financing, we were then turned over to Gil, the finance manager. There was zero pressure to finance the vehicle but he showed us some optional add-ons that concerned maintenance in insurance. A couple made financial sense so we added them on. But, again no pressure.of any kind. Every situation should be a win- win for both sides. I know the dealership made money on the car, the options, and the add-on’s. But, that is why they are in business. We got a super safe 2020 Ascent at a price we could live with. More
