Happy new customer! :) Let me start by saying that I am a "shopper". I had several vehicles that I was considering and Subaru wasn't on the top of my list, to be honest. Mai Let me start by saying that I am a "shopper". I had several vehicles that I was considering and Subaru wasn't on the top of my list, to be honest. Mainly because I didn't know too much about them. But went in for a test drive to make sure a compare and weigh all of my options. However, I was so impressed with by the level of quality of product but also excellent customer service, that doing business here felt like the right decision. Robert (sales) is super friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. There was no pressure at all and I didn't feel like I was being "sold" on anything. Ted (management) took the time to sit with me and answer all of my questions, with patience and understanding. They continue to impress me and I am really happy to now be "part of the family". Great location, great customer service Subaru wasn’t a car I was originally interested in until a good friend of mine told me wonderful things about his he has had for several years. I stop Subaru wasn’t a car I was originally interested in until a good friend of mine told me wonderful things about his he has had for several years. I stopped by, Robert greeted me and asked me what I was looking for. He took me to a Forester. Showed me all the features (there were a lot) then later suggested we take it for a test drive. The whole time he explained everything and made sure I saw examples. Once it was all done I explained I wanted to keep looking at other cars I had in mind but assured I would return. A week later I did! The other dealers I went to were disappointing and didn’t compare to how Robert had treated me. The others didn’t know as much about the vehicles and were very pushy. Once I returned Robert took great care of me and had the car I picked out detailed and had the two concerns I had looked and taken care of the morning I came in to do the transaction. There Jonathan took over with the finance process and made it super easy and efficient. I am very happy with my purchase and the process of it all. I have had the car for a week and love it and can’t wait for all the adventures it will take me on in the future and i may not have ended up with this car if it wasn’t for Robert! More
