Like most people, I dreaded the idea of buying a car. However, Robert Duran was right when he said he was not there to show me a car but to find one that we would like. He lived up to his word. He was mo However, Robert Duran was right when he said he was not there to show me a car but to find one that we would like. He lived up to his word. He was most knowledgeable about the Subaru line of automobiles and moved us to two Outback models we would most likely enjoy considering we drove up in a Lexus.. again, there was no pressure. He simply introduced us to what an Outback driving experience could be like. He pointed out a couple options that he thought would make the transition easier. Robert Duran is the kind of sales professional that everyone should have the pleasure of dealing with. I had done a lot of homework before coming in and his information was always truthful and helpful. After the sale, and after we had driven the car off the lot, Robert's concern for our satisfaction continued. He followed up to answer any questions we might have with all the technology we were confronted with. When we called him, it was always most pleasant and we felt he had our best interests at heart. In summary, I will say that I entered the dealership with apprehension and left with a new found friend who I believe genuinely cared about me not only as a customer, but as a person. I can think of no higher compliment to give. More

Robert was a genuine guy, didn’t try selling me the car to the point that I wanted to leave, gave me enough space to figure out what I wanted to do and didn’t rush anything.
