Robert Chodorowski (Sales Rep) was the most transparent person I’ve ever met. We sat at Roberts desk past business hours searching every X3 on the lot till we came up on a beautiful X3 with all the sauce. Between Phil and Robert they made me feel as if I was the only sale for the month and did what felt like the impossible to get me the deal I felt I deserved. Amazing customer service I had an amazing experience at Ferman BMW. From the moment I stepped into the showroom I was greeted by a friendly receptionist who offered me water. I had an amazing experience at Ferman BMW. From the moment I stepped into the showroom I was greeted by a friendly receptionist who offered me water. I first met Robert on my first visit because Greg was off for the day. Although I requested someone else Robert offered to show me some cars I might be interested in. Mind you, It was almost closing time and he walked me around the lot to show me what they had. He was patient with me, at first I didn’t know what I wanted exactly and he explained the features of the different cars I was interested in. Greg, my sales associate was patient with me and took his time to make sure I got the best deal. He was always available to answer any questions I had about the vehicle. Through many email conversations he was willing to go the extra mile to get me in the vehicle I wanted. Also, Alan, the person I signed the paperwork with was great. He really worked with me to get the best excessive wear and tear deal. I can’t forget Toby, he took his time and showed me how to operate all the features on my car. I’ll definitely be returning to Ferman BMW for my next car. More
