I had brought a 2016 Equinox in for service with a potentially major engine problem in which I had GM helping with the issue. Thanks, with the cooperation of Ray and Bob along with GM the issue was re potentially major engine problem in which I had GM helping with the issue. Thanks, with the cooperation of Ray and Bob along with GM the issue was resolved without the expense of engine replacement. Although the process took considerable time to complete the repair, I give credit to the communication follow through of the service team.
