My normal experience is 5 stars and I just reviewed 5 stars a couple of weeks ago. I decieded to wait to do this review as I want to be fair and honest with every review I make. I have to say I am a bit stars a couple of weeks ago. I decieded to wait to do this review as I want to be fair and honest with every review I make. I have to say I am a bit disappointed with this service. Adam was fine and really not much a part of this experience. I recently did all of the filuds in my GMC Sierra AT4 at a fairly sizeable amouth of money, but I love my truck and I want it dealer serviced even though it does cost more. A couple of days later I had a grinding noise, not really sure what it was, but it was getting a more noticable, so I called the dealer and scheduled an appointment for their first available time. It turns out the heat shield had fallen down and was rubbing against the drive shaft. For those of you who don't know, they use push clips...in an off road package truck....not Apples fault, it is a GM fault. What I have issue with is I paid another handsome sum to get this taken care of, I can't beleive the tech who spent 6 hours under my truck just a short time ago, who supposedly did an inspection, didn't see this coming loose. Their are mutilple fasteners on this heat shield, there is no way most of them feel off for the heat shield to drop down far enough to reach the drive shaft. It is a big miss in my opinion, and one that I paid handsomely for. More

I requested a car wash and Adam had to take the car back to get one. It was terrible, there was still dirt on the car and they didn't wash my windows or mirrors. One of my mirrors was turned in and I didn't to get one. It was terrible, there was still dirt on the car and they didn't wash my windows or mirrors. One of my mirrors was turned in and I didn't notice it until I started driving. I had to pull over and fix it. As a customer, I expect better from the dealership where I purchased my car. More
