I have a busy work schedule and on multiple occasions, Rob stayed late after his shift to meet with me and even remained accessible on his days off. Dealt with Keelan regarding price and was super efficient in ensuring the vehicle was ready on time and to my standards. Wayne helped with the financing/warrantee options - very friendly and personable. Thanks Rob, Keelan, and Wayne!!! Great customer service The first time I walked into the dealership I met Rob. Right away we hit it off. He knew I meant business I had done my research and new exactly what The first time I walked into the dealership I met Rob. Right away we hit it off. He knew I meant business I had done my research and new exactly what I wanted and what I was going to pay for it. Rob understood this, he started to work his magic and not the magic that was meant to fool you. He did everything he could to make sure I got what I wanted and how to save me money. Save you money! What sales man would want to save you money. Rob is the guy. He is very qualified, knowledgeable and if there is something he doesn't know about the product he'll tell you and then try to find the answer or someone that can better explain it. His personality is all round happy. It's also because of his no xxxxxxxxx attitude why I have brought my other family member specifically to him. What was shocking I was thinking about another brand and he said if that's what works for you let see how we can get you it and he tried to get me deal from another dealer, now he would much rather you in a dodge product but he still tried to get you the best deal. What more could I expect from a guy that genuinely works to achieve 100 percent customer satisfaction. More
