I knew what I wanted when I walked into the dealership but it was way out of my price range and Rob made it all happen for me within 30 minutes. He took exactly what I wanted and put it together at the exact price I was comfortable with no issues at all. An hour later I put my money down. I have never had a better customer service experience or been more comfortable with any purchase. I walked away with no concerns, no questions left unanswered, as every person I spoke to gave me all of the information I needed and hid nothing. Not only was the whole purchase as smooth as it could have been, but I drove away in my new Jeep less than 24 hours after I first looked at it. Rob came in on his day off and made sure everything was ready for me to take it home in time to drive it to work the next day. I'm completely blown away. I could never imagine buying with anyone else. The greatest buying experience I could have had!!! More

We were contemplating looking at Infinity and Ford. But we readily discarded that idea upon meeting Rob. He is an excellent spokesperson for your company and a true service professional.
