I’m from out of state. When I got to the dealer I was beyond rushed to sign and leave. The truck had way more dents and scratches than what the had on pictures. They need to do better job at inspecting cars and saying what’s wrong with the car instead of just saying it’s perfectly fine to sell it More

I contacted this dealer via email while I was transitioning between Ohio and Arizona in a camper van. I also contacted nine other dealers of varying models and all of them just wanted me to come in when I got here. What’s the point of offering internet shopping or having internet managers if you still want me to come in before giving me a price? I am a high risk when it comes to COVID, so I greatly appreciated being able to go through the approval process via text and phone. All it took was one visit and they even came to get me later that day when my car was ready. Thanks. More
