Ricky walked me through everything on the front end to make my selection easy - JT walked me through financing to make that super easy - and Ricky stepped right back in to give me a fast course on how to use all the key features I would need right out of the gate. He also made sure I had all the numbers I would need for the Westside Team. Both of them made sure I understood the maintenance plan - it's fantastic! And my new car is beautiful, drives like a dream, and most importantly - is REALLY SAFE. My mom has been a Westside customer for years - and now I know why - I will spread the word - y'all are great!
