By the end of the process, it all worked out. The beginning was rough with a sales person that was not a good fit and attempting to charge 5k over msrp when I'm a resident of CO. Then I felt like my trade was not as much as I would have liked. I felt like I knew more than the sales people about the vehicle oddly enough. Very frustrating to have to wait months for a vehicle and not know what color or features you will end up with. I'll continue to go to corwin for services but not sure if I'll be back for another purchase. In the end I finally got my 4Runner and am happy with it. More

They replaced the brakes on my truck and they did not last even a year. We returned two weeks after they were fixed them with chattering they responded that they were fine. We ask for a partical refund and was told no we should have brought it back to them.. We had and they could not find the problem. Had another shop replace them and they are great. More

Gave one star rating since I could not give zero stars. I took me vehicle in for service. I was told that I did not have an appointment despite having a confirmation of the appointment. Then received a tex I took me vehicle in for service. I was told that I did not have an appointment despite having a confirmation of the appointment. Then received a text stating that responding to the text was the best way to contact the service rep. After receiving the inspection I texted the rep to let then know I had a couple of questions and would like a call to discuss them. I did not hear anything back for more than six hours and so I sent another text with the same request. No response. Being fed up and needing my vehicle to be repaired I responded to the test authorizing some of the repairs the next day. I also called and was told that my service rep would be informed of my request for a response regarding the repairs. Shockingly still no response. The next day I called again and, miracles never cease, I did get a call back but only to find out that nothing had been done. I need my car and so I went to the service center to pick it up. The service rep seemed unconcerned with my requests and charged me $90 for really nothing. I again expressed my frustration and he asked if I wanted to talk with a manager. The I don’t give a care attitude is pervasive.When I spoke with the manager he did not seem to care either. He never apologized, made a joke at my expense, and then walked away without even looking at me. I have never experienced such a lack of common courtesy as I did with this dealership. If I hadn’t experienced it I probably would not believe it. Needless to say I am extremely dissappointed and if I can avoid it, I will not be back! More
