I was in this morning to drop my vehicle off to have key cut and the fob programmed. Based on experiences with the other dealers I visit for service, I was surprised when Richard asked me to stay and he wou cut and the fob programmed. I even had to tell my ride to go on with out me. He did exactly what he said he would do, and I was on my way in less than an hour.
