I purchased a vehicle 8 days ago (Saturday). I was told said vehicle would be ready early in the week (Tuesday/Wednesday). 8 days later, I'm told that very common tires are 'hard to get' and the I was told said vehicle would be ready early in the week (Tuesday/Wednesday). 8 days later, I'm told that very common tires are 'hard to get' and the reason for the delay. Then told, I can take possession of the vehicle and come back for tire replacement. I come to pick it up, and am told it was just sent to detail. Clearly, no one is caring about these vehicles actually being ready promptly. Yall need better management and standard operating procedures because right now, it seems that you are busy, overwhelmed, mismanaged and chaotic. -Sincerely, a Business Operations Consultant More
