As for the overall dealership experience, there are things I would've liked to see different. 1. I will probably not buy from a dealer that charges a separate D&H fee - if it's part of the price, that should be the price. 2. I had to wait 1 and 1/2 half hours AFTER paperwork was all complete to get the truck due to a "detailing" backlog. 3. Residing in a smog check county, the dealership issued a certificate that did not pay the full price of the Aircare inspection (later rectified after I followed up). 4. I asked on multiple occasions for a copy of the inspection checklist for the purchase - and it was never received. More
