From the moment we got out of our car to the time we shook hands goodbye with the new vehicle. Treatment by all was amazing. Test drive was handled very well and gave us enough time to actually test the vehicle out without a rush to get back. Asked just enough questions to make sure that we were happy and satisfied with what was happening. Finance (Rene’) worked hard to make the deal that “Couch” put together even better. Recognized our veteran status and entered in the discount w/o us asking. All deals should go this way, Robert in relations came over and ensured that we were happy with the way we were treated, that the deal was no pressure and just chatted with us for a minute. Heck even the receptionist was a part of the team to make this deal work as great as it did. What a great purchasing process. Ask for Dakota in sales, he was wonderful. More
