Salesman was a great help, easy to work with and informative. Made the process painless. Would recommend to a friend but the finance guy didn't explain how the "refundable" extended warranty that wa informative. Made the process painless. Would recommend to a friend but the finance guy didn't explain how the "refundable" extended warranty that was added to the monthly payment was not changeable. I'm getting the warranty refunded to the overall financed amount but the process inflated my monthly payment by $150 for the life of the loan! I would not have agreed to the warranty if I realized how that worked. On top of that, it was a third party warranty...not even the Ford warranty. You would think when you are sitting at a Ford dealership buying a new Ford that the extended warranty would be from Ford. More

Finance guy promised the extended warranty would be taken care of first thing Monday and it will be off of our financing. Received first bill and it still shows the full amount with warranty charge included. Called finance guy and now he says "Well, it takes a month or so for the paperwork to go through. You bought a product and this is how it works" Meanwhile, I'm paying interest on $4300. Very deceitful guy in my opinion.
