Under the guidance and mentorship of Joe Diclaudio, and my sincere commitment to creating memorable and unique customer experiences, Germain Acura was ranked as one of the top 5 dealers in the nation for customer satisfaction 5 years in a row. Once at the #1 and #2 position out of 272 dealerships nationwide. In March of 2012, I transitioned to Germain BMW. I am proud to be a part of the Germain Motor Co. and the Germain BMW family because the level of dedication and significance given to our customer’s happiness is unparalleled. When I’m not working I enjoy fishing, watching documentaries on The History Channel and spending time with my wife and our son. Great Service! We recently had two of our cars serviced at Germain BMW and it was top notch. Rhoel Gray our service advisor was great to work with. The service center found an issue while changing our oil and Rhoel let us know it was going to take a little longer than planned so he provided us with a courtesy car to use. Excellent service I took my car in, in December and at first it was difficult to determine the problem. When my engine light came on again, I made an appointment and I took my car in, in December and at first it was difficult to determine the problem. When my engine light came on again, I made an appointment and went back. This time they kept my car several days, a part was ordered and installed and the problem has been solved. I very much appreciated having drivers who took me home and picked me up again. They were very courteous and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend Rhoel. More

Terrific experience with Peter Martin and Rhoel Gray. Peter Martin is our sales executive. He has been terrific throughout the experience. There was a small crack in the tail light of our vehicle that we Peter Martin is our sales executive. He has been terrific throughout the experience. There was a small crack in the tail light of our vehicle that we did not detect. Peter referred us to Rhoel Gray who met with us promptly, addressed our need for replacement of the cracked tail light, ordered the part and called us straight away to schedule the repair for the very next day. He was courteous and very professional. Peter and Rhoel are great credits to the dealership for sure. More
