I have been coming to Germain BMW for 15 years of service and have always been satisfied. Rhoel Gray has been my Service Advisor most of that time. He is excellent. My Service Advisor, Rhoel Gray was great to work with; always thorough and efficient. We discussed what service was needed and he kept me up to date as to current status, time needed and cost. Service Dep always thorough and efficient. We discussed what service was needed and he kept me up to date as to current status, time needed and cost. Service Department did a great job and returned the car clean inside (a big pet peeve of mine). The Detail Staff did a nice job cleaning the car; which is always appreciated. I drive a considerable distance to have my car serviced and know that I have other options , but I have been very happy with the service that I have received and plan to continue to have my BMW serviced at Germain Naples. Always a greeting with a “happy to help” smile…knowing Rhoel is there at Germain BMW gives me the confidence that things will be done right without any concern on my end. When the work is completed, Rhoel steps back up to reassure me that he’ll be there the next time, when I may need quality assistance. That all said, Rhoel on several occasions has gone further than his service advisor requirements. Rhoel knows my world is a bit complicated, so he steps up helping me or connecting me to other Germain professionals, for other needs relating to my BMW and Germain needs. Rhoel’s connection leaves me happy to be doing all my business with Germain BMW. His presence is part of the reason I continue to purchase from Germain. More
