Great Service, Quick Seanless deal by Reggie Hammond Jackson had taken what is now my terrific 2011 Toyota Highlander LTD with only 37k miles on it in trade and advertized it at a fair price on Autotrade Jackson had taken what is now my terrific 2011 Toyota Highlander LTD with only 37k miles on it in trade and advertized it at a fair price on Autotrader. I found the car over a weekend and confirmed that it was still available by Monday AM. I arrived checkbook in pocket. Ff the car was in "pretty good" shape and Jackson made a reasonable deal, I was going to be driving it home. It was better than "pretty good", it was phenomenally like new. Jackson reasonably agreed to split the customary "fees" and we agreed on the purchase. They then asked if I would be trading my 2007 Highlander. I haven't traded a car in 30 years but thought I am busy, why not get a quote? Within twenty minutes, they had made me an offer within $1,000 of the very max I might accomplish with a lot of hassle. Done deal. I could not be happier to have upgraded from a base 2007 to the loaded 2011, Limited with only 38k miles for only $17k out of pocket. Way to go Jackson and Reggie Hammond! Thank you! More
