I explained why I was trading in my 2010 wrangler jeep for I saw the ads in the toronto star and the next day called in and spoke to Raymon in sales. I explained why I was trading in my 2010 wrangler jeep for a 2015 wrangler jeep,he was very good and 3 times on my behalf spoke to the sales manager about some of my requests ie remove 2 hitches and then I wanted to keep my tires becasue if there size and rims. The next day we went to the dealership and after 4.5 hrs left with the new jeep (took time to remove the hitches and switch tires).Everybody at the dealership was very polite and treated us well.It was a long wait but it had to be done . I am happy about the whole deal,i feel that i got good value for my trade in and a good price on the 2015.I would recommend Raymon on the jeep forums More

Great Buying Experience I had been looking to purchase a used Honda Ridgeline for some time and came across one at Ontario Chrysler. From my initial email inquiry I was immediately contacted by Raymon Mikhail. Could not have asked for a better salesperson. From our initial discussions through to the actual purchase, Raymon was first class all the way. At no time did I ever feel the pressure to buy. I gave him what I could afford within budget and he made it work. Since I was an out of town buyer, Raymon picked me up at the airport (on his day off no less) and drove me to the dealership to finalize the paperwork. I would highly recommend Ontario Chrysler and Raymon for your automotive needs. More
