The Tucson I drive is my 3rd. I love the vehicle and now know most of the service people by name. Recently I forgot to unplug my vehicle screwing up my cord and bumper receiver. I I love the vehicle and now know most of the service people by name. Recently I forgot to unplug my vehicle screwing up my cord and bumper receiver. I purchased just the cord and then found out I also needed to replace the end on the bumper. The parts department were awesome, especially Mike. I then met with Dean in the service department who was able to get my vehicle in right away. Thanks to the great service I still had a bill to pay for my screwup but got it fixed almost pain free. More

GP auto group is way to over priced, I saved $7000 shopping around for a newer vehicle then looking at with them. Even tried to get them to deal, but they wouldn't Service sucks, they tried to up s shopping around for a newer vehicle then looking at with them. Even tried to get them to deal, but they wouldn't Service sucks, they tried to up sell me on $1600.00 of services, some which were literally done less then 1000 kms ago Been in to get warranty work done and they have messed it up each time, not booked it in correctly, no one answers calls, and now have to take the vehicle back a third time. Parts has messed up numerous times for our other Sante Fe. Management or the owner should go in and clean house, hire some staff that can actually do their jobs Love the Hyundai's but not this dealership More
