Randy Covert is an amazing sales associate! All phases of the buying process were smooth with Randy. Communication before and after has been great. Northside could have checked over and prepared the preowned Jeep I purchased with more attention to detail. It was clean, but paint chips were numerous and obvious. The engine was overfilled with oil by 1 quart. Paint chips were repaired 1 week later, no charge. Overall fine experience. More

isgusted with utter unprofessional management that is tardy and arrogant on every count. The sales rep Randy even shouted at me once the new Lexus GX Luxury was sold to me. The balance payable of $13000 for trade is awaited about 4 weeks now after purchase. The sales team is quite racist. They should rename the dealership as “Only For Whites Lexus” and put a huge billboard outside their entrance that “Browns and blacks are excused!” Finance person was really good hence that one star for him. More
